SINTC German Program

Shandong International Nurse Training Center has been a key promoter on Sino-German healthcare personnel cooperation. As early as 2010, SINTC together with 

Arbeitgeberverband Pflege started to do the feasibility research for deploying qualified 

nurses to work in Germany on German language competency, qualification recognition, 

immigration policy, integration courses and adaptation programs.

 

Through the joint efforts made by parties involved, Agreement concerning the placement 

of Chinese workers for Temporary employment in the Federal Republic of Germany was 

signed in 2012 by Bundesagentur für Arbeit (BA) and Chinese government. 

 

Besides the bilateral project, we also work with nursing homes and training institutes in 

Germany. Up to now, we have deployed 32 nurses to Germany which get wide media 

exposure (part of whom have already got full recognition to work independently as a 

geriatric nurse) with another 20 plus arriving in October.

German Language & Cultural Training

 

 

Our intensive German language and cultural training is designed in accordance with 

Goethe-Institut Zertifikat B1. The nurses under training possess minimum 3 year 

Advanced Diploma in Nursing (3-year tertiary education after year 12) and our 

currently training capacity is 110 nurses per annum which keeps a 20% annual growth 

rate. We are expecting an even stronger expansion though the introduction of online 

training in late 2014.
