Introduction

Shandong International Nurse Training Center (SINTC) was approved by Department of Commerce of Shandong Province and was set up in April 2009 based on nurse dispatching business of Weihai International Economic & Technical Cooperative Co., Ltd. (WIETC-www.wietc.com)

 

Since 2001 WIETC has been engaged in nurse dispatching and has established cooperative relationship with medical organization in many counties such as UK, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Ireland and Finland and has successfully placed more than 800 nurses to these countries, ranking top in the industry in China. In 2006, under China-UK nurse recruitment agreement, WIETC was jointly appointed by Ministry of Health, UK and Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM), China as one of the ten Chinese recruitment agencies to send Chinese healthcare practitioners to work in the UK. In 2007, WIETC was honored to be recommended by MOFCOM as one of the two companies with the rights to dispatch Chinese healthcare professionals to Finland.

 

After the foundation, SINTC takes the enhancement of communication of international nursing as its own duty, consecutively improved self-construction, and expanded the cooperation with medical colleges and institutions, so as to cultivate more qualified nursing resources. SINTC also organized the exchange visit of the medical colleges and institutions both at home and abroad, which accelerated the communication and cooperation of Chinese and foreign nursing culture.
